All prices are inclusive of chauffeur, petrol, ERP, and carpark fees.
For booking requirements of more than 5 vehicles at the same pick-up time, it would be considered as an event booking. Please email admin@jklimousine.com for a quotation. We reserve the right to refund and cancel the bookings made online for such cases.
Special Event rates apply during major events. Rates will be calculated based on the normal rate plus a 25% peak rate and a 50% super peak rate for specific events.
Changes to existing bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time; otherwise, it will be subject to availability. In cases where a change request is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, resulting in us being unable to fulfill the booking, the booking will be treated as canceled, and full cancellation charges will apply.

Wedding – Wedding cancellations must be received in writing by us no later than fifteen (15) days prior to hire.
3 to 7 days cancellation notice before the hire date – 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
2 days or less cancellation notice before the hire date – 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
Refunds due to cancellation are subject to respective bank fees.
Late Night Surcharge (2300Hrs – 0700Hrs) for all car types: S$20 per trip/hour.
For non-airport pick-ups, the grace period provided will be 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Note: Your ride will be canceled if we don’t hear from you when 10 minutes have passed after your grace period has ended. You will be charged wait time and other applicable charges for additional wait.
For every additional stop for Transfer (Maximum 2 Stops), S$20 will be charged per stop. Additional stops beyond 5km will be charged as additional transfers. A minimum of 3 hours is required between 2 transfers.
Sentosa Island Surcharge applies at S$6 per entry.
Flights usually don’t arrive on time, we will collect flight information during the reservation, allowing us to track your flight and help you avoid wait time charges. The grace period provided will be 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time (as per https://flightaware.com).
Waiting time for Arrival – No charge for the first 60 mins after the actual flight landing time. The chauffeur will be released unless advised otherwise. Additional transfer rate will apply.
Waiting time for Departure/point-to-point transfer – No charge for the first 15 mins from the agreed pick-up time. The chauffeur will be released unless advised otherwise. Additional transfer rate will apply.
Child Seat is mandatory for children 7 years and below. Child Seat must be specifically requested in advance and will be charged at S$15 each per trip. Please provide the child’s age during booking.
Please provide advanced notification of excessive luggage. A separate luggage vehicle will be dispatched, and charges will apply.
It is imperative to declare the number of passengers and their accompanying luggage upon confirmation. In the event of an incorrect declaration, we reserve the right to decline additional passengers or luggage.
If you plan to bring pets into our limousine, please inform us at the time of booking confirmation. We retain the right to decline pets without prior confirmation or notification.
Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to vehicle availability.
All terms & conditions, laws & regulations must be met.
Booking will be confirmed once Full payment has been received in bank account.
Payment by Paynow & Bank Transfer.
Payment by credit card incurs an additional 5% in bank charges.
JK Limousine is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on service and will only be responsible for making up for lost time at a mutually agreed date.
JK Limousine makes every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure hire times in accordance with the Booking Form. However, accidents, road closures, traffic jams and force majeure events etc. can possibly cause delays. In such cases, the client will be informed by the JK Limousine (through its Admin or driver) communicating the revised times. JK Limousine shall be excused from the performance of its obligations in such instances. No refund or compensation whatsoever will be provided by JK Limousine in such instances.
JK Limousines’ vehicles are serviced regularly and maintained to the highest levels. However, in the unlikely event of a limousine’s mechanical failure resulting in its inability to provide the services to the clients JK Limousine will use reasonable endeavours to provide replacement transport (either in a similar vehicle or if a Vehicle is unavailable, any other form of vehicles), subject to location and time restrictions. However, in the event it is not possible to provide a replacement vehicle, JK Limousine will cancel the hire and provide a full refund. The client shall not hold JK Limousine liable for any and all losses, damages, claims and expenses whatsoever that the client or any of its guests may incur or suffer directly or indirectly in connection with or arising from any cancellation of the hire.
You will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by you.
Alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use in the vehicle are prohibited by law.
JK Limousine will not be responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.
JK Limousine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which JK Limousine is offered.
